Alfred Colas Chief Financial Officer Alfred Colas has over 18 years of experience in the mining industry. Most recently, he held the title of CFO of Arch Corp., a Toronto-based private-equity investment firm. Colas is a sitting board member for a housing corporation affiliated with the University of Toronto and is a chartered professional accountant. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto. Paul Keller Chief Operating Officer Paul Keller has over 30 years of industry experience in mining and mine development operations. He previously served as the SVP of Major Projects and COO of Trevali Mining. His experience in building mines spans from greenfield through permitting, design and operation. Keller holds a Bachelor of Engineering – Mining from Laurentian University. Ben Pullinger Senior Vice President Geology & Corporate Development Ben Pullinger brings over 15 years of industry experience. He has held significant contributing roles in advancing projects from early stage exploration through to production and currently serves on the board of Orford Mining. Prior to joining Excellon Resources, Pullinger was VP Exploration at Roxgold Inc. and was instrumental in growing the 55 Zone at Yaramoko Project into a producing mine. He is a professional geologist (Ontario) and holds an Honors Degree in Geology from the University of Johannesburg.
