Leadership Team Martin J. Shen Chief Executive Officer Martin J. Shen has over 15 years of experience in senior management roles within entrepreneurial start- ups and large multinational corporations from which he has acquired a wide range of corporate manage- ment, financial oversight and operation administration expertise. In his most recent role, Shen founded Imperial Distributors (formerly known as AP Martin Pharmaceutical Supplies Ltd.), establishing the company as the preferred choice for distributional support to regional pharmacies throughout Western Canada. Before founding Imperial, Shen served as the chief operating officer and chief financial officer at Wales and Son Industrial (formerly Weir Minerals), a firm specializing in global deliv- ery and support for mining slurry equipment. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Vancouver, with work tours in the tax depart- ment in Singapore and the tax audit and advisory group in Hong Kong. Shen is a U.S.-certified public accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of British Columbia.
