Concerts and events hosted by Lavish Entertainment will also be offered on Positron's award-winning Voyager VR motion pods, which are semi-enclosed pods capable of providing virtual cinematic experience. Using Positron’s technology, performing artists will be able to offer customized interactive 3D visualizations to users who can step inside the virtual 3D world to interact with the artist. Audiences will be able to buy and share tickets to events, purchase digital merchandise including NFTs, as well as access an array of content the company will be providing. Lavish Entertainment is currently building out its in-house event space to host live-streamed concerts on a regular basis as well as preparing to launch its full concert business in as COVID restrictions begin to ease in Las Vegas. Management is working on organizing many large-scale events. We think the recent acquisition of Hennessey Sound Design Professional System and strategic partnership with Super Kollider Sounc LLC will provide key strategic advantage in hosting these large events. This partnership will give management the opportunity to keep all production and sound-related projects in-house, while also limiting the need to outsource any equipment at the live concerts and events. Besides these, the most important aspect of Lavish Entertainment growth prospect is the upcoming launch of two new business ventures in the Entertainment Space.
