TumorGenesis TumorGenesis is in the process of developing a new, rapid approach to growing tumors in the laboratory in a manner that closely mimics the human body. Unlike the current PDx models, the company’s pro- cess for tumor generation is completed without the use of rats or mice, while allowing for the identification of biomarkers indicative of cancer and a methodology that “fools” the tumor into a simulated in-body response. TumorGenesis’ Oncology Capture Technology Platforms then utilizes the identified biomarkers, to aid in categoriz- ing an individual patient’s heterogeneous tumor and once validated enable the Individualization of patient treatment options.
