The acquisition is considered pivotal in the company’s verticalization process because it represents the opportunity for large-scale cultivation. Sugarmade anticipates an estimated potential cultivation yield at the property to be approximately 4,000 pounds of dry trimmed cannabis flower per acre, per year. This represents an annual total of approximately 128,000 pounds, or 64 tons, of dry trimmed cannabis flower.
