Frank “Al” Walters Chief Financial Officer Al Walters is CFO for Sharing Services Global Corporation. He has more than 30 years of experience leading various companies in CFO and COO positions and has expertise across manufacturing, distribution, direct selling, management-consulting, staffing and financial services. Walters has also been president of Kestral Financial since 1999, providing CFO and operational support for startup and emerging growth companies. He is a CPA and earned his Bachelor of Science, Business and Accounting from Illinois State University. John “JT” Thatch Chief Executive Officer John “JT” Thatch is an accomplished, energetic, entrepreneur-minded executive who has the vision and knowledge to create growth and shareholder value for any organization. He has successfully started, owned and operated several businesses in various industries that include service, retail, wholesale, education, finance, real estate management and technology. Thatch successfully merged a technology company with a publicly traded company and, for five years, served as CEO of the company, which currently trades on the NASDAQ stock exchange under name CUI Global. Since that time, he has continued to work in the public and private sectors as a C-level executive. He was named CEO of Sharing Services Global Corporation (formerly known as Sharing Services, Inc.) in March 2018.
