6 SALES STRATEGY Elepreneur, LLC markets products and services that improve health, wealth and happiness through an independent sales force (Elepreneurs) that utilizes a modern direct selling model. Through “Lanes of Opportunities,” Elepreneur, LLC empowers its Elepreneurs to achieve healthy minds and bodies, happiness in quality of life, and wealth accumulation, ultimately driving revenues for SHRG and value for its shareholders. Since its launch in December 2017, Elepreneur, LLC quickly established roots as a network marketing company elevating the home-based entrepreneur experience. The company’s mission is to elevate lives through the products, services and business opportunities offered to its network of home-based independent sellers, called “Elepreneurs.” Concepts surrounding these efforts are “Elepreneur Happiness Conventions” and mini-conferences designed to promote training, mentorship, organic growth and dedication of Elepreneur leaders and teams. The first convention was held in March 2018 in Dallas, Texas, with around 1,000 in Hong Kong. Keynote speakers included several internationally known motivational leaders including Shawn Achor, Sandra Yancey, John Fleming and Les Brown – all of whom provided exceptional material and inspirational discussion points. Many of SHRG’s concepts, products and services are inspired by the work of these and other leaders, including leaning on the philosophies of Shawn Achor, a positive psychology advocate and founder of GoodThink, Inc. His books, such as “Big Potential” and “The Happiness Advantage,” offer key concepts, including inspiration regarding unlocking potential in pursuit of success, happiness and well-being, as well as key principles that fuel success and performance. Building upon these ideologies, SHRG elevates entrepreneurship through its “Lanes of Opportunity.” Elepreneur Leadership Leading Elepreneur, LLC’s growth is company President Keith Halls, the co-founder of Nu Skin, a direct selling company that distributes more than 200 premium-quality anti-aging products in both the personal care and nutritional supplements categories. Founded in 1984, the company’s global operations generated $2.28 billion in revenue during 2017.
