Tom D’Orazio Chief Operating Officer Tom D’Orazio has extensive experience in leading the development and commercialization of vaccines, drugs, radiopharmaceuticals and biologics. His prior leadership experience has been in commercial plan- ning, marketing, partnership and business development roles. D’Orazio was formerly the CEO of ImmunoPrecise Antibodies Ltd. (NASDAQ: IPA), where he led its transition from a private to a public company. He also co-founded and served as CEO of Superna Life Sciences, a spe- cialty-pharma company focusing on niche drugs for cancer patients in Canada. D’Orazio holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University with a pri- mary focus in both finance and marketing and a B.Sc. in chemistry from Loyola University of Chicago.
