Luke Hayes Chief Financial Officer Luke Hayes has played an active role in the life sciences industry for over 20 years with technology transfer, venture capital and finance experience. His began his career in business development for Dow Chemical (NYSE: DOW), with responsibility for pharmaceutical cus- tomers such as Eli Lilly and AbbVie. Hayes has also spent more than a decade focused on supporting companies as a Director and Advisor in venture capital investing. He holds B.S. in chemical engineering from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
